Should I buy online or call to request a quote?
We offer convenient online purchasing of mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical parts. However, this still represents only a fraction of our product offerings. If you don’t see exactly what you are looking for, it is best to CALL US toll-free at 888-996-0099 Option 3. It is likely that we can find exactly what you need to get your maintenance or repair underway.
Where does my product ship from?
Most products will ship from our manufacturing plant near Chicago, Illinois. In an emergency, we will strive to drop-ship time-critical electrical parts from a location closest to your repair point. In all cases we seek to optimize the total parts price with any special delivery schedule you may require.
Can I pick up the product at a local warehouse to save on shipping?
This is a viable option for any customers in northern Illinois. Please be advised that not all items will be immediately available. CALL US toll-free at 888-996-0099 Option 3 – to determine whether the product you are interested in is in stock and ready for pick-up. Once we issue you a pick-up number, please allow at least two hours for paperwork and order-fulfillment cycles before presenting your number at our will-call.
Is there a minimum order size?
We require no minimum order quantity. However, we suggest a minimum $30 purchase for all credit card transaction orders.
What are my payment options?
All orders can be completed by using a personal/corporate credit card or a purchase order number during the checkout process. We reserve the right to check credit references for any new customers. If you are not already a pre-approved customer, the credit approval process may add 1 week of lead-time to the sales cycle. Please be advised that our website email does not accept attachments. All correspondence with attachments can be forwarded to email@example.com.
Do you accept orders from outside the United States?
We currently accepts orders from North America and South America.
